Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Surgical Tech - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• Work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts in the operating room
• Participate in call rotation including one 1st call and one 2nd call shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM per month
• Work one weekend day every other month
• Maintain aseptic technique in the operating room
• Set up required equipment, instrumentation, and sterile supplies for assigned cases
• Scrub and pass instruments and equipment during surgical procedures
• Pull cases as needed and break down cases at end of procedures
• Set up operating room and supplies for current day and following day schedules
• Available for call on assigned, scheduled basis as required by unit needs
• Must be certified as a Surgical Technician
• Dedicated scrubs provided in same color as staff
• Contract duration of 10-13 weeks
• Enter facility on North side, cross to South side, and take elevator to 1st floor
• Parking available in visitor parking area
