Opportunity:

RN - IR

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 40 hours guaranteed per week
• Handle 16 cases per day across three IR rooms with pre and post coverage in RPPU (Radiology Pre Post Unit)
• Call requirement: Must be at hospital within 30 minutes, includes 8 call days in a 10-12 week period
• Call hours from end of shift until 7:00 AM, weekends are 24-hour call from 7:00 AM Saturday to 7:00 AM Sunday
• Weekend requirements based on call rotation
• No floating requirements
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH
• Preferred certifications: PALS
• Required skills: Conscious sedation, telemetry, understanding of IR procedures including stroke
• Preferred skills: Circulating, ventilator management
• Work with electronic systems: PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR
• 8-hour orientation required with hospital orientation during first week
• Ceil blue scrubs provided
• Serve adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Cannot work more than 5 days in a row or more than 60 hours per week
• Must complete 8-10 hours of non-billable modules pre-start and annually
