Opportunity:
Echo Technologist - Echo Tech
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts with staggered start times between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM
• Daily caseload of 4-10 cases per technologist
• No holidays, weekends, or on-call requirements
• Float between SJCH and SMP (North Charleston clinic) locations
• Must have 2 years of experience (first-timers accepted)
• Registered Pediatric Sonographer (ARDMS) with PE certification or CCI with RCCS certification required at start
• Must be proficient in complex congenital heart defects
• Experience with GE (vivid 95) and PACS system for entering full reports preferred
• Extensive knowledge of complex heart disease and defects required
• BLS certification required
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours policy)
• Must be available for emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November)
• 4 hours of non-billable modules required pre-start

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
