Opportunity:

RN - CVICU

Job Details:

• Work in a 17-bed ICU/CSICU caring for patients from neonates to geriatrics
• Maintain 2:1 patient ratios during days, nights, and weekends
• Weekend coverage required with 12 weekend shifts per contract
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Previous charge experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required (ADN required, BSN preferred)
• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing required
• CRRT experience preferred
• Must be available to complete lab requirements within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Care for cardiovascular patients who have undergone coronary artery bypass grafting, thoracotomy, carotid stenting, heart valve replacement or repair, and various vascular interventions
• Work with specialized equipment including intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP), induced hypothermia, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), and Impella Heart Pump
• Provide care for patients undergoing interventional and non-interventional procedures, general surgery procedures, and advanced therapies
• Position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana
