Opportunity:

RN - Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts with 36 guaranteed hours or 8/10 hour shifts with 40 guaranteed hours
• 2 years PCU experience minimum required, ICU experience also needed
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Epic experience required - must be level 3 or 4 proficiency
• Familiarity with cardiac drips required
• Float to all 3 hospitals within 20 miles (Martin North, South, Tradition)
• White scrubs required
• Skills include telemetry monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, blood product administration, central and peripheral line care, cardiac drip management without titration
• Must complete time-sensitive modules that average 6-15 hours (non-billable)
• EKG and pharmacy tests required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel plus nicotine drug screen required
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
• First-time travelers accepted
• Locals accepted at same rate
• Pending licenses accepted
