Opportunity:

RN - Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12 schedule or 40 hours for 8/10 schedule
• Minimum 2 years PCU experience required, ICU experience also needed
• Must have Epic experience rated as 3 or 4
• Familiarity with cardiac drips required
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine drug screen required
• Will float to all 3 hospitals within 20 miles (Martin North, South, Tradition)
• Work with telemetry, PCU/stepdown patients
• Manage dysrhythmias interpretation and management
• Provide blood product administration and central/peripheral line care
• Handle cardiac drips without titration
• Must complete time-sensitive modules prioritized upon assignment confirmation
• EKG and pharmacy test required during orientation with 2 attempts maximum
• Wear white scrubs
• Chart using Epic system
• First-time travelers accepted
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
