Description
Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech
Job Details:
• Work 8-10 hour shifts, 5 days per week with block scheduling
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend
• Call responsibilities up to 3 times per week with 30-minute response time requirement
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Average daily census of 6 patients across 2 rooms
• Must have minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience (no first-time travelers)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R), and LSRTBE state license
• Must be proficient in embolization, coiling, ablations, and implants (ports, pacemakers, ICDs)
• Experience required with Impella, IABP, IVUS, Shockwave, Rotoblator, laser, and thrombectomy devices
• Must be experienced in STEMI care with focus on FTB/DTB under 60 minutes
• Capable of performing peripheral and EP procedures
• Must work independently and confidently in all CCL procedures
• Epic charting system experience required
• Travel experience required
• Must be over 65 miles from facility to qualify
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Emergency team assignment possible during emergency events
Facility:
This progressive healthcare facility operates a comprehensive combination laboratory serving cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology procedures. The facility features advanced equipment including Impella, IABP, Inari, EKOS, Angiojet, Rotoblator, Shockwave, and Diamondback systems. The imaging capabilities include Siemens floor-mount units with ceiling-mount systems coming soon, plus Cannon labs. The facility maintains a highly efficient Code STEMI team with system-best door-to-balloon times and uses Epic EMR with Cupid documentation for comprehensive patient care coordination.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
