Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Work 72 hours per pay period with 5x8 hour shifts or 4x8 hour shifts
• Variable start times available (7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM)
• Every third weekend rotation required
• No call or floating responsibilities
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Surgery experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Work in fast-paced department performing general diagnostic exams for Emergency department and inpatient units
• Treat patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT
• EPIC charting system experience preferred with training provided during orientation
• Must provide proof of high school level education
• Michigan license must be active by start date (compact license not accepted)
• Must complete pre-start modules (non-billable, self-reported)
• Maximum 5-day RTO policy per contract

This short-term acute care hospital is a Magnet-designated and teaching facility with Level 1 Trauma certification. The facility operates 632 staffed beds and provides comprehensive emergency and inpatient services. The radiology department works closely with the emergency department and various inpatient units to deliver fast-paced diagnostic imaging services for patients across all age groups and acuity levels.
