Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts with guaranteed 40 hours per week for 8/10-hour shifts or 36 hours per week for 12-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday schedule with call and/or holiday coverage
• Weekend-only positions also available
• 6 call shifts required in a 6-week period (can vary)
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• 3 years of OR experience required with Level I trauma experience mandatory
• Must be willing to both circulate (required) and scrub (preferred)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Must be well-rounded and current in most OR areas except CV & Transplant
• Floating required within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby
• Work with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Handle general surgery, plastic surgery, GYN, ENT, trauma, neuro, orthopedic, GU, and colorectal robotics cases
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System preferred
• Must have strong skills in neuro and trauma procedures
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Use Cerner charting system
• Free parking available
• Indiana nursing license required and must be in hand prior to start date

This short-term acute care facility operates a high-volume Level I trauma center with 21 operating rooms and serves 70-80 patients daily.
