Opportunity:

RN - Tele

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Patient population: Adults to Geriatrics
• Patient ratio: 1:4-5 patients in 16-room unit
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH
• Epic charting system experience required, plus Pyxis and SBAR
• Scrub color: Navy Blue
• Work every other weekend unless specified elsewhere
• Floating required within facility/scope of practice as needed
• No call requirements
• Holiday work required based on number of holidays in assignment period
• Maximum 7 days requested time off; Spring Break blackout dates (April 4th-12th)
• Care for patients with CHF, MI/Chest pain, Dysrhythmias, Hypo-/Hypertension, Pleural effusion, Sepsis, PE/DVT/vascular issues
• Must manage cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration including milrinone, dobutamine, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Lidocaine, Bumex, and Heparin
• Skills required include telemetry monitoring, post cardiac procedures, IV insulin protocols, wound care, tracheostomy care, and blood product administration
• Full compliance required to start on time with 36 orientation hours
• Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
