Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Part-time position with every other weekend required
• Must have willingness to float to other campus ICU units (Bucyrus & Galion) if census drops to maintain hours
• Travel experience required - no first-time travelers accepted
• Minimum 2 years of recent/consecutive ICU experience in hospital/acute care setting required
• Must make up all missed shifts and find coverage if scheduled to work during requested time off
• If placed on-call, must return to facility within 1 hour when called
• Time off requests limited to no more than 7 days
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Knowledge of medication scanning required
• Epic experience preferred
• Typical staffing ratios are 3:1
• Skills required: management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care/management, titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips, assist with BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, suctioning, and isolation precautions/PPE
• Must complete up to 8 hours of non-billable modules pre-start through HealthStream
• Smoke-free facility and campus
• Valid state license required - pending licenses not accepted
