Opportunity:

RN - CCU

Job Details:

• Work as hospital float pool staff with ability to float throughout the hospital including the Emergency Department
• Maintain patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Work every other weekend with no call requirements
• Float within facility and scope of practice as needed
• 2 years of nursing experience required (unit accepts first time travelers)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Must have experience with Epic charting system
• Skills required include: management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care/management, starting and maintaining IVs, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, suctioning, and isolation precautions/PPE
• Holiday work required: if 1-2 major holidays fall during assignment, must work all holidays; if 3 major holidays fall during assignment, must work 2 of them
• Maximum 7-day request time off allowed
• Full compliance required to start on time; non-compliance results in 2-week pushback due to bi-weekly orientation schedule
• Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of signing contract
• Georgia or Compact license required at time of submission
• Two supervisory references highly preferred (Manager level or above)
