Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Details:

• On-call required with weekday nights (2+ days depending on staffing) and every third weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
• Work in a 13 operating room facility averaging 650 cases per month
• Handle diverse surgical cases including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurological, Cardiovascular, Plastics, ENT, Urology and Gynecological procedures
• Utilize advanced technology including DaVinci Surgical Robot, Navigational Spinal and ENT surgery, and Hybrid OR for advanced vascular procedures
• Provide direct patient care and leadership within nursing team using shared governance model
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote evidence-based care
• Care for patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Float to Main Hall as required
• Graduate of accredited nursing school with ADN required, BSN preferred
• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing required
• Minimum 3 years experience preferred with travel experience highly preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS encouraged but not required
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Hard document deadline 3 business days prior to start date
