Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• On-call requirements: 1 day per week from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Call schedule: 1 week of call per every 9-10 weeks
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Daily census of 25 patients
• Work in 4-room interventional radiology department
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT
• Equipment used: Siemens imaging systems
• Preferred skills: PACS, C-Arm, and Contrast experience
• Must be able to float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Specialized procedures include: Liver center procedures, Y-90, MAAS, AVS, DEBS, PTC, and drain placements
• Perform various interventional procedures including angioplasty, embolization, stent placement, and vascular access procedures
• Experience with PICC lines, central venous access, and port management preferred
