Description
Opportunity:
RN - CCU
Job Details:
• 36 or 48 hour guaranteed weekly schedule
• Minimum 1 year experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Adult to geriatric patient population
• Patient ratios: 1:2-3 ICU, 1:4-5 PCU, 1:5-6 MS/MS Tele
• Primary ICU float position with potential floating to all MS, MS/Tele, PCU, and ICU units
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
• Epic charting system experience required
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Every other weekend schedule (average 6 weekends in 13-week contract)
• Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed
• RTO blackout dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th)
• Holiday work requirements based on number of major holidays during assignment
• Floating required throughout the hospital units
• No call requirements
• Handle all potential MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, Neuro ICU, and CVICU diagnoses
• Work with Pyxis medication system and SBAR communication
• Full compliance required to start on time
• 24 hours of orientation provided

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
