Opportunity:

RN - CCU

Job Details:

• Work in ICU/IMCU units caring for patients with diagnoses including pneumonia, sepsis, renal issues, pancreatitis, general surgeries pre/post-op, orthopedic cases, COPD, COVID-19, GI conditions, and sickle cell crisis
• Maintain 3:1 patient ratio during days, nights, and weekends
• Work every other weekend
• No call responsibilities
• Must be willing to float within facility/scope of practice between ICU and IMCU units
• Minimum 1 year of experience required - accepts first-time travelers
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Must have experience with Epic charting system
• Skills required: Management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care/management, titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, suctioning (ETT, NT), isolation precautions/PPE
• Holiday policy: Must work holidays that fall during assignment period (1-2 holidays = work all; 3 holidays = work 2 of 3)
• Patient age groups: Adults and geriatrics
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed
• Full compliance required to start on time
• GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
• Two supervisory references highly preferred (Manager level or above)
