Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of experience required (hard stop)
• Unit accepts first-time travelers
• Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Every other weekend coverage required
• No call responsibilities
• Float within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• 21-bed ICU unit
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Required skills include neuro intensive care, IABP, pre/post cardiac cath, sheath removal, EVD, ICP monitoring, post neurosurgery management, and various critical care procedures
• Holiday work required: work one holiday if one falls during assignment, work both if two fall during assignment, work two out of three if three fall during assignment
• Maximum 7-day request for time off
• Full compliance required to start on time
• Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of signing contract
• Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, and pharmacy
