Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Work in high-risk Level III NICU providing care for neonates 34+ weeks
• Patient ratio of 3:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Float to pediatrics and nursery as needed
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Minimum 3 years of NICU experience required
• Travel experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Required certifications: PALS, BLS, NRP, STABLE
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Self-scheduling system
• Skills include: attending high-risk deliveries, blood glucose monitoring, hyperbilirubinemia management, phototherapy, breastfeeding support, gavage feedings, central line care, ventilator management, respiratory support including bubble CPAP and high-frequency ventilation
• Experience with umbilical artery and vein catheters, neonatal abstinence syndrome, therapeutic hypothermia, and various neonatal medications required
• Must be comfortable with phlebotomy, thermoregulation, and developmental care
• 50-mile local radius restriction applies
• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions allowed
