Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Details:

• On-call required with weekday nights (2+ days depending on staffing) and every third weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
• Start date within the next 3-5 weeks strongly preferred
• Work in a 13-room operating suite averaging 650 cases per month
• Handle diverse surgical cases including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurological, Cardiovascular, Plastics, ENT, Urology, and Gynecological procedures
• Utilize advanced technology including DaVinci Surgical Robot, Navigational Spinal and ENT surgery, and Hybrid OR for advanced vascular procedures
• Provide direct patient care and leadership within the nursing team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members in a shared governance model
• Care for patients of all age groups: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics
• Float to Main Hall as required
• ADN required, BSN preferred from accredited nursing school
• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing required
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
• Travel experience highly preferred
• BLS required, ACLS and PALS encouraged
• Cerner charting experience preferred
• Must be available to complete lab requirements within 72 hours of accepting offer
