Opportunity:

RN - CVICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12s or 40 hours for 8/10s
• 1-2 years of Open Heart ICU experience with ventilator management required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition) within 20 miles
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Experience required with Swans, IABP, Impella, hemodynamics and post heart recovery
• EPIC experience required
• White scrubs required
• Must be nicotine free - no exceptions
• Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start
• All RTO must be included at time of submission only
• EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with 2 attempts maximum
• Time-sensitive modules must be prioritized first upon confirmation (6-15 hours, non-billable)
• Skills required: BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilator care, arterial line management, cardiac drip titration, ABG interpretation, continuous IV sedation, and multisystem organ dysfunction management
• Compliance documents due Monday prior to start date
• Two references from direct supervisor/manager required
• No pending certifications accepted
