Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Mixed unit covering Med Surg, Med Surg Telemetry, and PCU patients
• High acuity unit requiring 1:6 patient ratio experience
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience required
• Every other weekend requirement
• Floating required within scope of practice
• Mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week (36-40 hours first week)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH Stroke Scale
• Must have Florida or compact RN license
• Rapid Response team experience required
• Total joint replacement experience required
• Must be available to work with COVID+ patients
• Experience required with cardiac drips (no titration), telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmias interpretation and management
• Must have experience with chest tubes, CVA patients, and 1:6 patient ratios
• Complete 4 hours of non-billable modules prior to start date
• Holiday requirements: work 1 Eve and 1-2 holidays depending on assignment length
• Strict attendance policy: 3 call-outs result in termination
• Schedule changes may occur with 48 hours notice
• No block scheduling allowed
• No RTO during first or last week of assignment
