Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required (first-time travelers accepted)
• Patient population includes adults to geriatrics
• Patient ratio of 1:5-6 across all shifts
• Work every other weekend unless specified elsewhere
• Floating required within facility/scope of practice as needed
• No call requirements
• Holiday work required based on assignment period (1-2 holidays = work all, 3+ holidays = work 2)
• Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed
• RTO blackout dates during Spring Break (April 4th-12th)
• Required certifications: BLS
• Must have Epic charting system experience
• Experience with Pyxis and SBAR required
• Navy blue scrubs required
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Skills required include telemetry monitoring, renal failure management, hemodialysis care, blood product administration, central line management, wound care, chest tube management, BiPAP/CPAP, and isolation precautions
• Georgia or Compact nursing license must be in hand at time of submission
• Two supervisory references highly preferred
• Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of contract signing
