Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Provide care to patients undergoing peripheral vascular and interventional procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Float between Haymarket and Prince William Medical Center as needed
• Call requirements: 1-2 nights per week and every 3-4 weekends
• One weeknight of call with rotation every 4-5 weeks
• Required certifications: ARRT(R), BLS, ACLS
• Minimum 3 years interventional procedures experience required
• 2 years of current and strong interventional radiology technologist experience required
• High school diploma and associate degree required
• Graduate of accredited Cardiovascular Technologist Program or Radiological Technologist Program
• Must be currently registered by ARRT
• Epic charting system experience required with test-out option available
• Virginia license or compact license must be in-hand
• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only
• Skills include: angiography, angioplasty, embolization, stent placement, equipment setup, room circulation, sterile field maintenance, and vascular closure systems
