Description
Opportunity:
RN - Med Surg
Job Details:
• Over 1 year of nursing experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Every other weekend schedule required
• Block scheduling available
• May be placed on call once every pay period (2 weeks)
• Patient ratio of 6:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Work with interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Unit Secretary
• BLS certification required
• Valid Kentucky or compact nursing license required
• EMR experience with Meditech preferred
• Flu vaccination required with no exemptions
• 65 mile radius restriction applies
• Must provide SSN, DOB, and RTO with submission

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
