Opportunity:
Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech
Job Details:
• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM Friday through Sunday
• Potential need for flexibility to work additional days as needed
• No on-call requirements
• 2-3 years prior experience in dedicated pediatric ultrasound required
• Must have BLS and ARDMS or ARRT certification
• South Carolina state ultrasound licensure not required
• Must be graduate from accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• Required experience includes: NEC and TCD, spines, Liver Doppler (all vessels), renal doppler, renal transplants, extremity venous doppler, Intussusception, Pyloric stenosis, Appendix, and neonatal heads
• Preferred experience with liver transplants
• Scrub colors are teal tops and black bottoms
• Epic charting system used
• Parking fee: $20 one-time payment for parking pass (nights and weekends only)
• Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• No radiation badge required
• All in-house position at children's hospital - no travel between buildings required
• During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
