Opportunity:

RN - CCU

Job Details:

• Work in ICU/IMCU caring for patients with diagnoses including pneumonia, sepsis, renal conditions, pancreatitis, general surgeries pre/post, orthopedic cases, COPD, COVID-19, GI issues, and sickle cell crisis
• Maintain 3:1 patient ratios for days, nights, and weekends
• Work every other weekend
• No call requirements
• Must be willing to float between ICU and IMC units within facility/scope of practice
• Minimum 1 year experience required - unit accepts first-time travelers
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Required skills: Management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care/management, titrate cardiac drips, titrate vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, care of ventilated patients, suctioning (ETT, NT), isolation precautions/PPE
• Must have Epic charting system experience
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Holiday work requirements: work one holiday if one falls during assignment, work both if two fall during assignment, work two of three if three fall during assignment
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed
• Full compliance required to start on time
• Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of signing contract
