Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Patient ratio of 1:5 for all shifts
• Every other weekend requirement
• No on-call responsibilities
• Float within scope as needed by facility
• 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Experience required in Med Surg/Tele, Telemetry, and interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Epic charting system
• 24-hour orientation provided
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• 30-bed unit with common medical conditions including diabetes, hypertension, CAD, ESRD, chronic respiratory illnesses, and arrhythmias
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• 60-mile local radius with locals accepted at reduced rate
• Free parking provided
• Hurricane season assignment to emergency response teams required June through November
