RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12 shifts or 40 hours for 8/10 hour shifts
• 2 weekends per month required
• At least 18 months experience required, 2 years preferred in ER
• First-time travelers accepted
• Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)
• Required certifications: Red Cross or AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Epic experience at level 3 or 4 required
• White scrubs required
• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with 2 attempts maximum
• Time-sensitive modules must be prioritized once assignment is confirmed
• Modules are non-billable, average 6-15 hours, completed pre-start and annually
• Skills include arterial line management, management of dysrhythmias, central line care, IV vasopressors, BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, gunshot wounds, and traumatic amputation
• All RTO must be included at time of submission
• No license hits accepted
• Strict DO NOT call policy
