Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12's or 40 hours for 8/10's
• At least 2 years of ER experience required (18 months minimum, 2 years preferred)
• Weekend requirement: 2 weekends per month
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Epic experience at level 3 or 4 required
• Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition) within 20 miles
• No on-call requirements
• White scrub color required
• Must be nicotine-free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
• Time-sensitive modules must be prioritized (average 6-15 hours, non-billable)
• Skills required include arterial line management, dysrhythmia management, central line care, IV vasopressors, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilated patient care, and trauma care
• All RTO must be submitted at time of application - no later additions accepted
• Two references from direct supervisor/manager required
• First-time travelers accepted
• No pending certifications or licenses accepted
• Strict DO NOT call policy in place
