Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM on weekdays
• Up to 2 weekends per month required
• 13-week assignment with ASAP start
• Primary assignment in standard ICU with 1:2 patient ratios
• Must be very flexible and willing to float to IMCU and MedSurg as patient volume requires
• Patient ratios may vary when floating to other units
• Care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Must be comfortable caring for pediatric patients when they present
• Work with ventilated patients and manage complex ICU cases
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS (all must be AHA certified)
• Must have 2 years of ICU experience and travel experience
• EPIC EMR experience and proficiency required
• Must hold active North Carolina or multistate license
• Dress code requires all white or all navy scrubs
• Must reside more than 40 miles from facility
• Skills include ventilator management, central line care, IV drip titration, arterial blood gas interpretation, and isolation precautions
