Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Three shifts per week (3x12 schedule)
• Every third weekend required
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• CPI certification preferred
• Must successfully pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
• Experience with MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown required
• Skills include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, High Flow Nasal Cannula, isolation precautions/PPE, wound care/wound vac
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Unit has 30 beds with 28 daily census
• Charting system: Cerner
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Must complete facility-specific modules within one week of contract signing
• Two supervisor references required

The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretarial support. The organization maintains high clinical standards with specialized equipment and advanced monitoring capabilities to ensure quality patient care in a progressive care environment.
