Opportunity:
MRI Tech - MRI Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4 x 10-hour shifts including Saturday and Sunday with 1 variable shift throughout the week
• Shift times: 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM / 4:30 PM - 2:00 AM
• Rotating on-call responsibilities with variable weekends
• 32 hours of orientation required
• Perform procedures in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and preferably one or more additional modalities: General Radiology, Angio/Cath Lab, and Computed Tomography
• Work with patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Experience required with Epic charting system
• Must have 2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist performing general diagnostic imaging
• Required certifications: ARRT-Radiography OR ARMRIT-Certified MRI Technologist OR CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification required within 30 days of hire
• All certifications must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 7-year work history verification required
• Valid state license required at time of submission
• 50-mile travel requirement (locals accepted at local rate)
• Must complete non-billable modules during orientation averaging 1-5 hours

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
