Description
Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4 x 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (40 hours per week)
• Call requirement with callback and weekend call required - 9-11 days in a 6-week schedule with 1-2 weekends depending on rotation
• Target ratio of 3 rooms
• Structural heart scrub experience is absolutely required - do not apply without this experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and at least one of RCIS or ARRT
• Must have experience with balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, left & right heart catheterization, and rotablader procedures
• Skills required: scrub, monitor, PA lines and telemetry, structural heart & TAVR experience
• Preferred skills: circulate, IV start, conscious sedation
• Floating may be required but would be rare (typically to EP if needed)
• Work with EPIC and MAC Lab systems
• Scrubs are provided
• Must be available for interview within 72 hours of submission
• Orientation schedule is flexible and may start Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of first week
• Will accept first-time travelers and 13-week assignments
• Must complete 8-10 hours of non-billable modules before start date

The cath lab maintains high standards for patient care and employs experienced cardiovascular specialists to handle a wide range of cardiac interventions.

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
