Opportunity:

RN - CVICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12's or 40 hours for 8/10's
• Float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles) within scope to meet facility needs
• 1-2 years Open Heart ICU experience with ventilator management required
• Experience with Swans, IABP, Impella, Hemodynamics and post heart recovery required
• EPIC experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• White scrubs required
• EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with 2 attempts maximum
• Time sensitive modules averaging 6-15 hours must be prioritized first once confirmed
• Skills required: interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care, continuous IV sedation, titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilated patient care, ABG interpretation, suctioning, isolation precautions
• All RTO must be included at time of submission - no exceptions
• Strict DO NOT call policy
• 2 references from direct supervisor/manager required
