Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• 2 years of nursing experience required with travel experience preferred
• Patient population ranges from neonates to geriatrics
• Work in a very large and busy emergency department with high acuity patients
• 1:4 patient ratio in 59-bed ER averaging 165-175 patients per day
• Every other weekend schedule required
• Must work major holidays that fall during assignment period
• Floating is rare but may be required within facility/scope of practice
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS
• Epic charting system experience required (hard stop - no Epic experience will not be considered)
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed
• Spring break blackout dates (April 4th-12th)
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Full compliance required to start on time
• Work in stroke and STEMI certified facility
• General emergency department (non-trauma) setting
• Skills include management of various conditions, arterial line management, IV management, triage, and emergency procedures
• Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and radiology

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
