Opportunity:

Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x9.5 hour evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday
• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience required - no first-time travelers accepted
• Siemens and Acuson equipment experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT, RDMS AB/OB, RVT
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Work independently with radiologist support available by phone if urgently needed
• Cover outpatient and emergency department services
• Treat all age groups: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform general ultrasound, abdominal, OB/GYN, renal/pelvis, small parts, and vascular studies including carotid
• Conduct vascular procedures including Doppler studies and upper/lower extremity arterial studies
• Utilize PACS system and portable equipment
• Assist with patient transport and support other modalities when not busy in ultrasound
• Zero tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• 24-hour orientation provided
• Must complete compliance requirements by 12 noon EST the Wednesday prior to start date
• Travel experience required
• Subject to float to any campus locations if needed
