Job Details:

• 2 years of transplant experience required
• BLS certification and regulatory charting for transplants required
• Work 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts with guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week for 8/10-hour shifts, 36 hours for 3 12-hour shifts, 48 hours for 4 12-hour shifts
• Call requirement: 40-60 hours per 6-week period
• Float required to multi-specialty areas and all surgeries
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Weekend coverage required
• Specialize in abdominal transplants including kidney, pancreas, liver, and intestinal/multi-visceral procedures
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Use Cerner charting system
• May float to pediatric facility to assist with pediatric transplants
• Must have actual transplant procedure experience within the last 2 years
• Indiana license, temporary license, or compact license required at start
• 2 supervisor references required
