RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work in Transplant OR specializing in abdominal transplants including kidney, pancreas, liver, and intestinal/multi-visceral procedures
• Available shift options: 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts with guaranteed hours (40 hours for 8/10-hour shifts, 36 hours for three 12-hour shifts, 48 hours for four 12-hour shifts)
• Call requirement: 40-60 hours per 6-week period
• Float required to multi-specialty areas and all surgery types
• Weekend coverage required
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Minimum 2 years of strong transplant experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, Regulatory Charting for Transplants
• Must have Indiana license, temporary license, or compact license at start
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and transplant robotic surgery preferred
• Skills include organ donation procedures, transplant surgery scrubbing, and various surgical procedures
• Uses Cerner charting system
• Free parking provided
• May occasionally float to assist with pediatric transplants
• Serves adult and geriatric patient populations
