Opportunity:

Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• On-call coverage Monday through Sunday
• Minimum 2 years of experience in echo/vascular required
• Must have both echo and vascular registries and experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and credentials through ARDMS or CCI (CCI RCS, CCI RVS, RDCS, RDCS-RVT)
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Handle approximately 21 patient visits per day in a 3-room, 3-bed unit
• Perform various echo procedures including M-Mode, 12 lead EKG/ECG, 3-D Echo, Bubble Study, TEE, stress echos
• Work with specialized equipment including GE E95, GE E9, and Toshiba APLIO 300
• Experience with Allscripts charting system preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Must complete orientation modules (6-8 hours average)
• Facility conducts mandatory drug screening upon arrival including marijuana testing
• Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
