Opportunity:
Radiation Therapist
Job Details:
• Work day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Minimum 2 years of radiation therapy experience required
• Must have experience with Elekta Versa equipment
• EPIC charting system experience required
• ARRT-R and ARRT-T certifications required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• 16 hours of orientation provided
• Work with adult and geriatric cancer patients
• Operate specialized equipment including Elekta Versa, Accuray Radixact, Accuray CyberKnife, Siemens CT SIM, and Varian TrueBeam
• Perform radiation therapy procedures including dose calculations, CT simulation, custom molds and shields, and various treatment techniques
• Handle emergency cases and follow radiation safety protocols
• Complete required modules during orientation and annually
• Must be more than 75 miles from facility to qualify as a traveler
• Two professional references required

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
