Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Open to 36 hours or 48 hours per week
• Every other weekend required for duration of contract
• Float required within skillset/acuity
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Travel experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• Must successfully pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
• Patient ratio experience of 6:1 required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred
• Must have experience with Cerner charting system
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Skills include telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, post-MI care, feeding tube management, hemodialysis care, port access, blood product administration, IV management, wound care, chest tube management, BiPAP/CPAP, tracheostomy care, and isolation precautions
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Must complete facility-specific modules within one week of contract signing
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• No more than 7 days RTO permitted per 13-week contract
