Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• On-call responsibilities required including some weekends
• Float required to hybrid OR
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Handle approximately 25 visits per day across 3 interventional radiology suites
• Work with wide variety of cases from lines to complex vascular cases to hybrid OR cases
• Must be competent with Philips and Siemens equipment platforms and ultrasound for arterial/venous access
• Must be competent in procedures including: stroke thrombectomy, embolization, kyphoplasty, fistulagram, arteriogram with intervention, venogram with intervention, dialysis access, venous access, Y90, chest port placement, nephrostomy tube placement, PTC, g tube placement, TIPS
• Required certifications: RT(R), BLS
• VI credential preferred but not required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required, 2 years interventional radiology experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must have permanent address at least 50 miles from facility
• Use specialized equipment including Philips Azurion, Philips IR, and Sonosite Ultrasound
