Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour night shifts from 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM on weekday nights
• Backup call coverage required approximately every 6 weeks covering weekday call Monday-Thursday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend availability preferred
• Must work one holiday per 13-week contract
• Epic charting system experience required
• Variable shifts with floating required
• Required certifications: ARDMS, BLS
• Minimum 5 years of ultrasound experience required for first-time travelers
• Must be proficient in OB/GYN imaging including all trimesters, fetal anatomical surveys, and amniotic fluid index
• General abdominal imaging experience required including liver, gallbladder, biliary tract, pancreas, spleen, and abdominal aorta
• Vascular imaging experience with aorta studies
• Pelvic/genitourinary imaging including bladder, ovaries, uterus, vaginal, and renal/bladder studies
• Small parts imaging including thyroid, testicles/scrotum, and superficial masses
• Adult/portable studies across various work settings
• Pediatric exam experience preferred
• Patient ratios vary: 5 during days, 1 during nights, 2 on weekends
• Work with patients of all age groups from neonates to geriatrics

This is a 703-bed acute care teaching hospital serving as the flagship facility of a major healthcare system. The facility features advanced maternal fetal ultrasound services as part of the region's only Maternal Fetal Medicine program integrated with a NICU. It operates as the region's only Level I Trauma Center for both adult and pediatric patients and maintains Magnet designation. The hospital offers comprehensive specialty care and includes a dedicated children's hospital with advanced imaging capabilities.
