Opportunity:

Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology

Job Details:

• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• No weekends or holidays required
• Lunch break will be either 30 minutes or 1 hour (30-minute lunch results in 30-minute shorter workday)
• 1-2 years of nuclear medicine experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, NMT or ARRT(N), RHN
• Skills required: GE and Siemens equipment operation, nuclear cardiology, starting and maintaining IVs, storing/handling/disposal of radioactive materials
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• California state license required at time of submission
• Nursys verification within last 2 weeks required
• All certifications must be AHA or American Red Cross and in hand at submittal
• 2 references obtained within the last year required
• 7-year work history verification required
• 50-mile travel requirement (locals accepted at lower rate)
• Must complete non-billable modules during orientation (1-5 hours average)
• Only one holiday time off will be approved
