Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Call required averaging 12-14 shifts per 6 weeks
• Rotating holidays required
• Required to float to JMH when needed
• 5 years of experience required
• No first time travelers accepted
• Travel experience required
• Previous charge experience required
• Must live 100 miles from the facility
• Required certifications: RCIS, BLS, ACLS, CCI
• Epic charting system experience required
• Work settings experience required in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab
• Work with adult patients only
• Daily census of 10 patients with 10 visits per day
• 40 hours of orientation provided
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Drug test must be completed within 12-14 calendar days prior to start
• 4-5 hours of non-billable modules completed during orientation
• Must maintain proper fit testing requirements per CDC guidelines

This medical center features a comprehensive cardiovascular program with 3 catheterization labs and 8 holding beds. The facility provides advanced cardiac care services including diagnostic and interventional procedures, with full interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation services. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes modern Epic charting systems.
