Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• Rotating call and holiday coverage required - generally 1 day of weekday call, could be up to 2 days per week depending on staffing needs
• Rotating Friday call and weekend rotational call required
• Daily caseload of 10-15 patients
• Must have 1 year of experience in MRI technology
• Required certifications: ARRT (National Certification), BLS
• Experience with PACS and contrast administration required
• Work with Philips Ingenia Ambition 1.5T and Siemens Sola 1.5T with Ambient Experience technology
• Perform general, MSK, neuro, vascular and cardiac MR imaging for adults and pediatrics
• Handle patients needing anesthesia and ventilator support and those with conditional implants
• Work with patient populations including inpatient, outpatient, ED and observation
• Use Sectra PACS, document scanning, and Care Logistics software
• Epic charting system preferred
• Scrubs provided in Caribbean blue
• Must complete up to 8 hours of non-billable modules within 1 week of signing
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted

Facility:

This is a 431-bed short-term acute care facility that serves as a Level II Trauma Center and primary stroke center. The facility is accredited by the American College of Radiology for MRI services and maintains 24/7 radiologist coverage providing final results via Powerscribe. The imaging department features state-of-the-art MRI equipment and serves diverse patient populations with comprehensive imaging services. The facility uses Epic electronic medical records and maintains high standards for patient care and safety.
