Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology
Job Details:
• Work varying shifts anytime between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Patient population includes adults to geriatrics
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R or ARRT N
• Must have Epic charting system experience
• Rotate through 4 SPECT locations and 1 Cardiac PET department
• Cardiac-only department with average caseload of 10 patients per day at each site
• Work every other weekend unless specified elsewhere
• Occasional weekend call during the day (Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Float within facility/scope of practice as needed between all locations
• Expected to work holidays based on assignment period schedule
• Required scrub color: Red
• Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed
• RTO blackout dates during Spring Break (April 4th-12th)
• Work with equipment including Spectrum Dynamics, NucTrac/Syntrac, and Syngo Dynamics
• Skills include nuclear cardiology, bone scans, brain scans, liver scans, renal scans, and various stress tests
• Must be proficient in starting and maintaining IVs, SPECT imaging, and myocardial procedures

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
