Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• Work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Located at 7 Richland Medical Park Dr., Columbia
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Associate degree in related field required
• Required certifications: ARRT T, BLS
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Must be willing to float to other units and campuses as needed based on census concerns
• Float assignments only to qualified units where competencies have been demonstrated
• Provide radiation therapy treatments for patients of all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work with external beam therapy, IMRT, stereotactic radiosurgery, and various treatment planning systems
• Perform CT simulation, patient positioning, and custom immobilization device creation
• Maintain radiation safety protocols and emergency response procedures
• Complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours of contract signing
• Eligible for reimbursement up to 16 hours for module completion time
