Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts with 36 guaranteed hours or 8/10 hour shifts with 40 guaranteed hours
• Must have 18 months telemetry/acute care experience required, 2 years preferred
• MUST have PCU or Cardiac Telemetry experience reflected in work history
• Must have experience with vasoactive drips and stroke patients
• Required certifications: BLS (Red Cross/AHA), ACLS (must have at time of submission), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Will float to all 3 hospitals within 20 miles (Martin North, South, Tradition)
• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• White scrubs required
• EPIC charting system
• Free parking in unrestricted spaces
• EKG and pharmacy tests required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
• Complete 6-15 hours of non-billable modules pre-start and annually
• Skills include telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, blood product administration, central and peripheral line care, cardiac drips management, oxygen administration, and isolation precautions
• All requested time off must be included at time of submission
• Facility maintains strict do not call policy
