Description
Opportunity:
RN - ER
Job Details:
• Work 3x12 or 4x12 day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Every other weekend requirement
• No on-call responsibilities
• May be required to float between downtown and northeast campuses based on census and staffing needs
• 1 year of nursing experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• South Carolina license or Compact license required prior to start
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH
• Preferred certifications: NRP, TNCC
• Epic charting system experience required
• Scrub colors: Royal Blue and White
• 30 hours of orientation provided
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Must complete non-billable modules averaging 4 hours prior to start
• During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams
• Care for patients of all ages including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Work in 16-room emergency department with daily census of 60 patients

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
