Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist
Job Details:
• Work four 10-hour shifts with rotating days off
• No on-call requirements
• Handle approximately 130 patient treatments/scans daily
• Operate 8 treatment machines for External Beam therapy or 2 CT and 1 MRI machine for simulation
• Treat patients ranging from infants to geriatrics with varying acuity levels (ambulatory, inpatient, and outpatient)
• 2 years of radiation therapy experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Weekend coverage not required
• Experience with Aria (record and verify system) and EPIC (EHR) required
• Experience on Truebeam, Halcyon, or Edge machines preferred
• Licensed Radiation Therapist required
• BLS and ARRT certifications required
• Guaranteed minimum of 3 shifts per 13-week contract
• No more than 7 days RTO per contract
• Must complete pre-assignment interview
• Float within scope to meet facility needs
• Work with custom molds, custom shields, MRI, tumor localization, and IMRT procedures
• Any scrub color acceptable
• Parking passes available for monthly fee

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
