RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work Friday to Sunday schedule with no call requirements
• Main Operating Room position with 24 hours of orientation provided
• 2-3 years of OR experience strongly preferred
• 1 year minimum experience in profession required
• Travel experience required
• Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred
• Community hospital and LTAC experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required, Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Work with diverse surgical specialties including robotic XI, orthopedic, spine/neuro, general/gyn, ENT, ophthalmology, pain management, urology, vascular procedures
• Must be comfortable with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and various robotic surgery procedures
• Experience with cardiac procedures, laparoscopic cases, trauma surgeries, and specialty equipment required
• Interdisciplinary support includes unit secretary
• Hard document deadline Tuesday 4:30pm CST prior to start with no exceptions
